Article III. Purchase Contract and Withdrawal The order constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded upon binding confirmation by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right not to conclude the contract if goods are unavailable, discontinued, significantly changed in price, or if the order is false or unverifiable. Withdrawal from contract (consumer) – The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt of goods. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. The Seller shall reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days from notification of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided. Article IV. Liability for Defects The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 24 months from delivery to the consumer.
